A summer storm with the potential to produce a tornado and other significant impacts is heading toward the Philadelphia region, including Bucks County.
Storms could move into the area at any time from around 10 a.m. Saturday through midnight, according to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, NJ. Storms will be scattered, but numerous.
