A 16-year-old boy was injured in a shooting Tuesday afternoon in Philadelphia’s Frankford neighborhood, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment complex in the 4700 block of Tackawanna Street, near Margaret Street. When officers arrived, they found the teen suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck, police said.
