COLD CASE: More Than 23 Years Later, State Police Seek Tips in Schuylkill County Murder

More than 23 years after a Philadelphia-area woman was found dead in a wooded area of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania State Police are again asking the public for help finding the person responsible for her death.

State Police are offering a $5,000 reward for information that helps investigators solve the 2003 homicide of Caryn J. Fortino.
