A restaurateur and former mafia associate has filed for bankruptcy protection for his business, reporting more than $386,000 in debts tied to the establishment.
Chef Angelo Lutz of Philadelphia filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey for The Kitchen Consigliere. Lutz opened the Collingswood restaurant in 2008 after serving a prison term for racketeering.
