PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man last seen earlier this month.
Davin Jester, 40, of Philadelphia, was last seen Sept. 3 on the 1500 block of W. Girard Avenue, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
