SkyForce10 was over the scene to find police outside a school bus in Northeast Philadelphia at around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
The incident was occurring in the area of Tremont Street and Roosevelt Boulevard.
Police were seen surrounding the bus, along with officers standing outside. It also appeared that students were inside the bus, but it is unclear what exactly was going on. NBC10 is headed to the scene and is working to learn more…
