A woman who asked not to be identified says she encountered Raymond “R.C.” Horsch and his son Eugene more than a decade ago and has since spoken with Philadelphia detectives investigating missing and unidentified women connected to a home on Chew Avenue in Olney.
The woman said she decided to share her story in hopes that other women will come forward and that families will find justice.
