PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) — A teenager was arrested on Tuesday and faced a bail of $2,000,000 in connection with a violent carjacking that left a victim with eight gunshot wounds in North Philadelphia, Attorney General Dave Sunday announced on Thursday afternoon.
Officials said the carjacking stemmed from a fake marijuana deal used to lure the victim on July 7, 2025. Saahir S. Harvey, 17, and other individuals met with the victim, who was in his vehicle, near Ridge and Susquehanna Avenues.
