NORRISTOWN — Montgomery County authorities dismantled an organized criminal enterprise that was “always running plays” that targeted vulnerable victims and involved kidnappings, robberies, extortion schemes and gun trafficking activities in Montgomery, Delaware and Philadelphia counties.
Those charged in connection with the scheme are: Daquine Malik Owens, 29, and Ajahnae Owens, 31, each of the 1100 block of East Price Street, Philadelphia; Najwa Owens, 46, of the 6900 block of Forrest Avenue, Philadelphia; Gregory Linfield Johnson, 24, of the 1300 block of North 58th Street, Philadelphia; Aysir Zaki Bond, 23, of the unit block of North Millick Street, Philadelphia; and Keith Alonzo Cirwithen-Howell, 29, of the 500 block of Ruth Way, Dover, Del.
“Law enforcement identified multiple members of this violent crime and gun trafficking criminal enterprise thus far with different roles and responsibilities.
