PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A rideshare driver has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal hit and run in East Norriton last month.
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said 43-year-old Andy Nunez Vasquez of Philadelphia has been charged with a list of offenses including accidents involving death or injury and failure to stop/render aid.
Officials said the charges stemmed from an incident on Sept. 6, as 29-year-old Ricardo Baptiste of Drexel Hill was walking across the street at Germantown Pike and Whitehall Road in East Norriton.
