LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Philadelphia man is facing charges after fighting with police while trespassing inside a barn last week, according to the East Earl Township Police Department.
Andrew Fowler, 37, was charged with burglary, escape, and resisting arrest after being found inside a barn on the 1600 block of Union Grove Road in East Earl Township.
