NORRISTOWN — A 22-year-old Lower Gwynedd Township man is reviewing a plea agreement offer put forth by prosecutors this week as he awaits trial on attempted murder and assault charges for allegedly using his vehicle to strike and injure two Plymouth Township police officers as they investigated reports of his erratic driving.
“It’s my understanding an offer has been extended,” Montgomery County Judge Wendy G. Rothstein said during a brief pretrial hearing at which Dalton Lee Janiczek appeared with his lawyer on Monday.
