PHILADELPHIA – The teen charged with murder, murder of a law enforcement officer, and other charges waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Tuesday. A 69 News reporter says Miles Pfeffer, 18, did speak in court. The teen is accused of shooting and killing Christopher Fitzgerald, A Temple University officer.
