Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police have arrested 27-year-old Mark Reynolds of Wilmington following an investigation into multiple violent felonies. Officials said on Monday, September 4, 2023, at 12:06 a.m., patrol officers responded to the Holloway Terrace Parkland in New Castle in reference to conducting a property check.
