An incident is under investigation after two police officers entered a corner store in Philadelphia looking for a shooter with an active warrant. When they asked a man if he had a gun, a struggle broke out and one of the officers was shot. Afterward, the uninjured officer fatally shot the suspect, 28-year-old Alexander Spencer.
