EAGLEVILLE – An advertisement for a proposed text amendment to update Lower Providence Township’s zoning ordinance was unanimously authorized by elected officials last month. The move could lay the groundwork for Philadelphia-based Resources for Human Development to build a new facility to help the homeless in Montgomery County.
