A storm system that’ll exit the Southeast over the weekend is expected to produce frozen precipitation from the Appalachians through New England over the Valentine’s Day week. Similar to every storm system that has impacted the region over the last two years, accumulation in major cities is expected to be minimal, as warm coastal air will limit frozen precipitation.
