A NEW movie detailing the jaw-dropping case of Carlesha Freeland-Gaither will air on Lifetime Saturday night.
On November 2, 2014, the 22-year-old was abducted from a street in Philadelphia but was later found 120 miles away in Jessup, Maryland — about 26 miles North-West of Annapolis — three days later.
She was discovered alongside her suspected kidnapper Delvin Barnes.
The movie, titled “Abducted Off the Street: The Carlesha Gaither Story”, will hit screens on Saturday February 10.
On November 2, 2014, nursing aide Carlesha was en route home at around 9:40 pm after visiting her godson in Philadelphia’s Germantown neighborhood.
In a shocking moment captured on CCTV, a man who was later identified as Barnes grabbed the victim and tossed her in a grey Ford Taurus.
