An explosion inside a West Philadelphia apartment early Monday morning, injuring a man and prompting a response from a police bomb squad and federal investigators. The cause of the blast, at 45th Street and Larchwood Avenue in Spruce Hill, has not yet been disclosed, NBC10 reported. The injured man was hospitalized with a severe hand injury.
