D.A. Warns of New Street Drug Entering Pennsylvania

TUNKHANNOCK, WYOMING CO. (WOLF) – Wyoming County District Attorney, Joe Peters, is warning of a new drug entering the Commonwealth. “Rhino Tranq”, the street name for Medetomidine, has recently appeared in Philadelphia. It is a powerful sedative used by veterinarians, found mixed with fentanyl and another animal tranquilizer, Tranq.
