NORRISTOWN – A Philadelphia man admitted to strangling a woman during a domestic-related incident at an Upper Gwynedd Township residence. Abdula K. Haggood, 49, of the 2900 block of Tulip Street, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to a felony charge of strangulation in connection with the Feb. 7, 2024, incident at a residence in the 400 block of Reading Circle in Upper Gwynedd.
