Hugh Douglas believes the Philadelphia Eagles are the best team in the NFC.
“Yes, yes, yes, to me they are,” Douglas said on Tuesday’s 94WIP Midday Show with Joe Giglio.
“This is simple, I look at the roster. I know there are a lot of questions on defense. But I’ve been saying since I’ve been here that defense is a luxury not a necessity. I think the defense will play well enough to help this offense be great, but this team is built around this offensive fire power.”
“Everyone should be excited…The talent is here, but Hugh I need to see this before I believe it and I’m not ready to say today that they are the best team in the NFC…I have questions on the offensive line, I have questions on the pass rush— major questions.”
