Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident, with an arrest made at the scene. Officials said on September 9, at approximately 3:55 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 2600 block of North Monroe Street, in reference to a shooting incident that had occurred. Upon arrival, police located a 37-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
