HAVERTOWN, Pa. – A local teen is turning his passion for pups into something extra special – a charity for dogs. He even used his own money from dog walking and pet sitting to get it off the ground. Alex Flowers, of Havertown, has loved animals his whole life, with a special love for dogs.
