PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Investigators are trying to identify three men seen on camera vandalizing a property in Center City.
Philadelphia police released surveillance video of the Sept. 13 incident, which shows three males spray-painting the side of a building near 15th and Walnut streets around 1:40 a.m. The suspects then walked north on 16th Street.
Authorities said they caused about $250 worth of damage.
