Philadelphia Eagles veteran right tackle Lane Johnson did not clear concussion protocol in time and will not play Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Johnson left the Week 3 win over the New Orleans with the concussion, but he returned to practice on Thursday in hopes of playing and was a limited participant on Friday. He was listed as questionable for the game.
