PHILADELPHIA, PA – Amir Harvey, aged 24, from Philadelphia, has entered a guilty plea to charges including Hobbs Act robbery, carjacking, and possession of ammunition by a felon. The plea was made Thursday before United States District Court Judge Paul S. Diamond, as announced by U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero. The charges stem from a September 2022 robbery at the Hook and Reel restaurant on Roosevelt Boulevard and a carjacking incident on Maxwell Place later that month.
