The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a call for assistance in locating Arianna Palmer, a 16-year-old who has been reported missing since September 27. According to the police department, Arianna’s mother last saw her at their home on the 5000 block of North 8th Street, early in the morning at around 7:45 a.m. The search is now to actively engage the community in hopes of finding the missing teen.
