The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the assistance of the community in finding Emanuel Maldonado, a 16-year-old who has been reported as missing since December 30, 2024. Emanuel was last observed at around 6:00 p.m. on the 120XX block of Nanton Drive. The police consider him to be an endangered person due to his age and the length of time he has been unaccounted for, according to a public statement released by the Philadelphia Police Department.
