Man loses bid for reduced sentence for brutal road rage assault caught on video in Jenkintown

NORRISTOWN — A Philadelphia man serving up to 15 years in prison for the brutal assault of a woman in broad daylight during a road rage incident in Jenkintown lost his bid for a reduced sentence after winning an appeal to a state court for a resentencing hearing.

“You and your co-defendant caused a brutal beating. (The victim) was like a sitting duck in an arcade game,” Montgomery County Judge Wendy G. Rothstein addressed Charles Clifton Woodson during a resentencing hearing.

“Did you render aid? No. Did you call for medical assistance? No. What did you do? You fled the scene,” Rothstein added…
