Meet metro driver Tracy Holmes-Williams. She drives the Route 36 trolley through Southwest Philadelphia for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, which serves about 750,000 customers each workday. She’s been on the job for 26 years and knows she’s more than a trolley driver.
