A 60-year-old New Jersey man scammed multiple buyers out of about $14,000 under the pretense of purchasing vehicles for them at an automobile auction in Pennsylvania, officials said.
Dann Bock is charged with two counts each of theft and trespass as well as one count of intimidation of a victim/witness, Northern Lancaster Regional police said.
Bock had previously been banned from the Manheim Auto Auction in Penn Township for fraudulent activity before duping his latest victims, officials said…
