A Pennsylvania man pushed his luck in a stolen truck by refusing to pull over. Stealing a truck is a bad idea, but doing so while drunk or intoxicated is even worse. He tried to run from the police but is now sitting behind bars.
Pennsylvania man gets DUI in stolen truck after running from police
33-year-old Alexander Bryce Foltz of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania is facing a hard time after being caught with a stolen truck while under the influence.
Foltz was driving a black 2013 Chevrolet Silverado that was reported stolen from Sandy Township in Clearfield County. Police officers spotted the truck that matched the description with a roof-mounted light bar and rear window sticker and sprang into action.
They attempted to pull Foltz over around Jackson Street and 11th Street, but he fled. The police chased him for miles until he gave up on Sanox Hill Road in Winslow, Jefferson County…
