The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Dominiq Bell. Dominiq was last seen May 7, 2025, at 3:30 pm, on the 32xx block of N 27th Street to go to the park at 3000 27th Street but did not return home.
