NORRISTOWN — A Philadelphia man awaits his fate from a judge after he admitted to illegally possessing a firearm, a crime uncovered during a traffic stop by Montgomery Township police.
Lonelle Robert Fogan, 28, of the 700 block of North 42nd Street, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to charges of carrying a firearm without a license and person to not possess a firearm in connection with a November 2023 incident on Route 309 in Montgomery Township.
