The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Safaa Lloyd-Muhammad. On July 7, 2025, her mother reported her missing, stating that Safaa left their residence on the 2900 block of N. Bambrey Street at approximately 1:00 p.m. on July 6, 2025, to go out with friends and has not returned home since.
