Lonelle Robert Fogan, 28, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to charges of carrying a firearm without a license and person to not possess a firearm in connection with a November 2023 incident on Route 309 in Montgomery Township, The Reporter said.
He faces a possible maximum sentence of 3 to 6 years in prison.
An investigation began when police observed a Toyota Corolla with a non-functioning passenger side headlamp driving in the 700 block of Bethlehem Pike (Route 309).
