Rudolph Dukes, 67, of the 400 block of Railroad Avenue in Ambler, was sentenced to 9 to 23 months in prison for indecently touching a 17-year-old girl while she was in his company at an Ambler residence on April 29, 2023, The Pottstown Mercury reported.
