Police are investigating after, officials said, a pair of thieves are believed to have blown up an ATM at a business in North Philadelphia during a Tuesday morning robbery.
According to officials, the incident happened at about 5:44 a.m. on Tuesday at a gas station located along the 2800 block of North Broad Street.
