Philadelphia police have identified two suspects in a quadruple shooting over the weekend in the Tioga-Nicetown section of the city.
They are 25-year-old Lawrence Coleman and 29-year-old Virgil Williams.
Detectives believe they were involved in Saturday’s shooting in the 1900 block of Hunting Park Avenue.
