PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — SEPTA’s impending service cuts could leave midday Regional Rail riders with long waits between trains.
Without more state funding, SEPTA plans to cut service by 20% starting on Aug. 24. For Regional Rail riders, that will mean two hours between midday trains.
