Delaware State Police have arrested 19-year-old Victor Johnson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in connection with a shooting that occurred earlier this year in Bear.
The incident took place on March 2, 2025, at approximately 10:51 a.m. at the Sunset Station shopping center, located at 1835 Pulaski Highway. According to investigators, the victim was driving through the parking lot in a Chevrolet Equinox when he encountered three unknown males walking in the roadway. A verbal altercation occurred, during which the victim briefly exited his vehicle.
As he re-entered the vehicle, two of the suspects reportedly brandished handguns and opened fire. The vehicle was struck multiple times, but the victim was not injured. The suspects fled on foot toward a nearby residential area…
