A fisherman at Magnolia Lake in Bucks County, just outside of Philadelphia, received a rude awakening this week when he went to reel and found an alligator stuck to the end of his line.
In a video shared on social media, the man, who identified himself only as “Ricky,” expresses his shock as he finds the gator thrashing to break free of the line. He was unable to reel in the animal, but one day later, an alligator sanctuary owner was able to safely remove the alligator from the lake.
“Yooooo there’s a F-ing alligator here! Who let go an alligator?….If I wasn’t recording nobody would believe me.” Ricky from North Philly exclaimed, as his relaxing day of fishing in Bristol Township’s Magnolia Lake took a wild twist. Language warning, cause of his surprise. pic.twitter.com/cNcfvqpNmp…
