N.J. man faces prison for being lookout, getaway driver during Abington home invasion

NORRISTOWN — A New Jersey man joined his co-conspirator in prison after he admitted to acting as the lookout and getaway driver during a home invasion robbery after following an Abington Township woman home from a casino.

Ek Franklin Davis, 51, of the 1900 block of North Olden Avenue, Trenton, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 4 to 15 years in a state correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to charges of robbery and burglary in connection with the Sept. 23, 2024, violent home invasion robbery at a residence in the 1800 block of Horace Avenue in Abington.

Judge Thomas M. DelRicci, who accepted a plea agreement in the case, ordered Davis to have no contact with the victim and her family and to stay away from the victim’s residence…
