(WPHL) — Philadelphia Police have arrested a woman after a shooting led to a barricade situation in West Oak Lane.
According to police, 35-year-old Diana Norat was seen shooting a gun at an unknown individual on August 10 at 4:56 p.m. on the 7100 block of North Broad Street.
