Surveillance video shows the moment a pickup truck collided with an ice cream truck in Philadelphia’s Hunting Park neighborhood.
The video captures the ice cream truck making a left turn onto the 4400 block of Whitaker Avenue when a pickup truck slammed into it around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
