Malcolm Kenyatta Walks 105 Miles to Protest Public Transit Cuts in Pennsylvania

Democratic state representative Malcolm Kenyatta has begun a five-day, 105-mile march from Philadelphia to Harrisburg to protest drastic cuts to public transportation. The walk, which coincides with the anniversary of the March on Washington, aims to highlight the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority’s (SEPTA) deepening budget crisis and what Kenyatta describes as Republican inaction.
