SEPTA officials on Friday released a timeline for when riders will begin paying higher fares, as the transit agency works to restore services following a court order.
The 21.5% fare increase will take effect Sept. 14 and is expected to generate about $31 million annually, according to SEPTA General Manager Scott Sauer.
