Rowan Boulevard pop-up party leads to charges after crowd of 500 sparks chaos

Three individuals have been charged in connection with a June 29 disturbance on Rowan Boulevard that drew hundreds and ended in violence.

Serenity Hall, 18, of Camden; Elijah Evans, 18, of Pine Hill; and a 17-year-old identified as “S.T.” from Glassboro were charged with the fourth-degree charge of inciting a public brawl, the Glassboro Police Department said in a statement.

Investigators said the trio created and circulated a digital flyer on social media that promoted a ‘pop up party’ at 10 p.m. on Rowan Boulevard and urged attendees to bring speakers and ‘[profanity] the cops turn up!!’…
