A 63-year-old man says he was bound and robbed Friday morning by an armed suspect who impersonated a police officer during a home invasion in the Tacony section of Philadelphia.
Police responded to the 6700 block of Marsden Street around 8:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a break-in.
